Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, email help@corelords.com

within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll provide next steps for a replacement or refund.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to the size guide on each product page before purchasing. We do not offer returns for sizing issues.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
