RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end (wrong item shipped).

Inquiries must be made within 7 days of delivery.

EMAIL MUST INCLUDE:

- order number
- description of issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide next steps for a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for:

- Incorrect sizing
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
